SOLD OUT: Stories of Survival and Hope: Three Holocaust Survivors and their Rescuers

Registration is closed for this event

The populations of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, France and the surrounding villages were collectively recognized by Yad Vashem in 1988 as 'Righteous Among the Nations' for their heroic acts that saved over 3,400 Jews during the Nazi occupation in France.

Among those rescued were Hanne and Max Liebmann and Rudy Appel.  These three Holocaust survivors will be reunited by The Alumni Community to share their personal stories with us.  Please join us for this very special evening to welcome Hanne, Max, and Rudy, and to learn more about the incredible people of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon who risked their lives to do the right thing.

Panel will be moderated by Paul J. Kutner, Birthright Israel Alumnus.
